All soaps and body products are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in color, design, or scent strength may occur—this is part of the charm of handmade goods.
Ingredients are listed on each product page. Please review them carefully for allergies or sensitivities. We are not responsible for reactions caused by ingredients clearly disclosed.
3. Use of Products
Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
None of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not ship until payment is received.
5. Shipping & Processing Times
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days.
Shipping times vary based on carrier and location. Once shipped, delays are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work to make it right.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund it.
For lost packages, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist when possible.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
